When: Friday, October 9, 2009
Where: Tate Farms in Meridianville, Alabama
Time: We will leave APS at 7:45 a.m and return to the school around 1:00-1:30 p.m.
*Students must ride the bus to and from Tate Farms.
*Students will be allowed to check out early after we return to school.
Cost: The price is $11.00 per student. This includes admission and transportation.

What to Wear: Gray APS t-shirts, jeans or shorts, sneakers
Lunch: A note was sent home on Tuesday, September 8. Please return the note to me by Sept. 14 and indicate whether your child will
bring a sack lunch from home or purchase a sack lunch from the lunchroom.
Chaperones: Parents may attend the field trip, but are not allowed to ride the school buses. Parents will pay $7.00 for admission
at the gate. Preschool children are not allowed to attend the field trip.
- Take Memorial Parkway North through Huntsville.
- Turn right at the traffic signal at the intersection of Memorial Parkway and Winchester Road
- Go to the second traffic signal. This is the intersection of Winchester Road and Moores Mill Road
- Turn left onto Moores Mill Road
- Tate Farms Cotton Pickin Pumpkins is 6 miles ahead on the right side of the road
