 When is Mrs. Hill available for parent-teacher conferences?
I have a planning period each day from 7:45 to 8:25 and I am available at 
that time for conferences. I am also available at 2:30 on certain days. 
Please send me a note if you would like to 
schedule a conference.

 Will Mrs. Hill's class go on field trips?
Yes!  We are planning to go on a field trip to Tate Farms in October.  I will 
post the date as soon as it is scheduled.

 When is school picture day?
The students will be photographed three times during the school year.  The 
fall portraits are scheduled for September 5, 2007.  The dates for Christmas 
pictures and spring portraits will be announced later.

 Can I volunteer at school?
Yes!  Parents are welcome and encouraged to volunteer their time and talents 
to help prepare instructional materials.  Please let me know which days you 
would like to volunteer and I will have several things ready for you to work 
on when you arrive.  Be sure to sign-in in the office and then report to the 
Little Red School House.

Sandy O'Dell and Traci Stewart are co-chairing as Room Mothers this year.  
They may contact you throughout the school year to help with class parties, 
etc...
