Kindergarten Reminder
*Please send a snack and water bottle for your child each day. The water
must be clear. Please do not send colored water, Gatorade, or Kool-Aid.

PTO Open House-September 23
Field Trip to Tate Farms-October 24. We will wear our blue APS t-shirts.
Parents are welcome to chaperone the field trip.
50th Day of School– Thursday, October 23. We will celebrate the 50th day of
school by dressing in styles from the 1950s. For example, girls may want to
come dressed in poodle skirts, ponytails, scarves, bobbie socks, etc… Boys
may want to wear rolled up jeans, white t-shirts, white socks, penny loafers,
and slicked back hair.
Thursday, October 23-Fall Festival at APS from 5:30-7:30. More information
coming soon!
Halloween-The students may wear Halloween costumes to school on October 31.
No masks or face paint please.
Color of the Week
Each week we study a different color. On Tuesdays we will wear the color of
the week. (Yes, I am changing the day from Wednesdays to Tuesdays)
