Free Money

The biggest is BOX TOPS for Education. This program provides cash to the school. Last year we raised $942.00. To participate in this program look for Box Tops on many of your favorite products you buy and clip the Box Top and send them back to school with your child. The money is used to provide learning materials that come up throughout the year. Our goal for this year is $2000.00. Go to www.boxtops4education.comto register your email and our school.

The newest program that also provides cash to the school is Capri Sun “Be Green Earn Green”. I like this program because it is recycling the juice pouches you send to school in your child’s lunch box. We earn 2 cents for every Capri Sun pouch and 1 cent for all other brands. It is a win-win program for us. Your child gets their favorite juice and we earn money. Our Goal is $1000.00

Another new program is OneCause. Go to www.onecause.comand click “join”. When you shop through OneCause for your everyday needs you can save money and earn up to a 20% contribution on every eligible purchase you make at hundreds of well-known merchants, including Target.com, Lands’ End and Nordstrom. By simply installing the OneCause Toolbar, you’ll be making sure every eligible purchase counts, which could result in up to 5x more contributions, plus you can contribute up to 2 cents per qualified search with the toolbars’ built-in Yahoo! Search engine. (Shopping at Neighborhood Merchants will also help our school. Simply register your credit and debit cards with OneCause to earn contributions every time you shop)COMING SOON

My Coke Rewards (www.mycokerewards.com/schools) Collect Coke bottle caps and case codes and enter at your leisure (DO NOT SEND TO THE SCHOOL). VHECH earns points, which we can be used to purchase equipment for the school.

One of the easiest program’s we participate in is the Make a Difference with Publix. Last year we raised $1126.02. Just pick up one of the keychain cards from the office and swipe it each time you shop at Publix. Be sure to take some extras to hand out to friends and family.

Another easy program we participate in is the Target Take Charge of Education (www.target.com/tcoe) and last year we raised $179.60. Link your Target Visa credit, debit, or Target credit card to school ID 13074.  VHECH earns 1% of all Target Visa Credit Card and Target Credit Card purchases made at a Target store or at Target.com and 1% of all Target Check Card purchases made at a Target Store or 1/2% of all Target Visa Credit Card purchases made outside of Target

Tyson Project A+ (www.tyson.com/projectaplus)  Tear off  the entire “Support Your School” label from participating Tyson products and send to school with your child each month.  VHECH earns 24¢ for each label.

The last program we have is Labels for Education (www.labelsforeducation). We earn school supplies and/or sports equipment. Last year we received sports supplies to expand on our physical education equipment and collected 7,629 points. The products that are made by Campbell’s are Prego, V8, Gold Fish, Pepperidge Farms, Spaghettio’s, Swanson’s and of course all Campbell products. You need to save the BAR CODE off each product. Buy one of these popular Campbell brand cookbooks (http://lfecookbooks.com) and earn 125 points for your school's LFE account. That is not a typo: Each cookbook is worth 125 LFE points! After you complete your purchase on the checkout page, you will be directed to another page where you can instantly credit the points you've earned to the school of your choice. Kroger Plus Card users: visit www.elabelsforeducation.com to enroll and link your Plus Card to VHECH.  When you purchase Campbell’s products and use your Plus Card, the labels will automatically be counted.  No more cutting!

We will be having several large competitions this year. Classes will be competing for the most collected in Box Tops and Capri Sun/Juice Pouches.
