What do I need in my desk?

The only thing that should be in your desk is your Reading book.
Don't leave pencils, money, germ-x, etc. This things may be toted
off by other students! Leave personal items in your backpack or
cubby.

Why do I need an assignment book?

You need to write your assignments down in each class. By the end
of the day, you may not remember those first classes in the
morning. Better safe than sorry! No one likes a mad teacher or a
parent! Remember Rule #5 Keep Dear Teacher Happy!! :)

Where do I turn my papers in when I am in Reading?

In front of my desk, there is a blue table. Your class period is
labeled in the trays. Place your paper in your class period and
make sure your name is on top!

What is the big deal about these Math Minutes?

Math Minutes are a wonderful way to review math skills. Your math
minutes are reviewing all of your 4th grade course of study
objectives, and helping to keep them fresh in your brilliant
minds! You will be tested on all of those math skills on your
standardized tests in the spring.
