We will begin doing Reading Logs this week!!! Make sure you return these
every Monday. Each one signed and returned by a parent counts as 11 points.
By the end of the nine weeks you should have turned in 9 for a total of 99
points, which will result in a 100. I count these as a reading test grade.
This is a great way to make an easy 100 in reading.
Grandparents Day lunch will be September 5th.
NO SCHOOL- September 1st-Labor Day!!!!!
Be sure and study for your reading test and spelling test each week!!!!

*$*$*$*$* Another way to support our classroom is to buy a Helping Schools
tag when it is time to renew. This is a less expensive way to get a
personalized tag and it supports our school. When you buy one of these tags
you simply write on the receipt the teachers name and schools name that you
wish to receive the money. We receive almost $15.00 per tag.
