• The PTA will kick off its "Fern Sale" Monday, February 13th through Tuesday, February 28th. The PTA does great things for our school so please sell, sell, sell!!! There will be incentives for the top sellers and the class that sells the most.
• Friday morning the the last day to send the SGA Hugs or Kisses on Valentine's Day. Each one is $.25 or $1.00 for a bundle of hugs & kisses.
• All beauty pageant forms are to be turned in by this Friday, February 10th.
• All box tops need to be turned in by Thursday, February 16th.
• Progress reports will go out on February 10th.
• MAE's Valentine's Day parties are Tuesday, February 14th. Students need to bring Valentine's to pass out to all classmates in their homeroom.
• There will be no school Monday, February 20th for President's Day.
• The MAE pageant is Monday, February 20th at 6:00 p.m.
• The 5th & 6th graders leave for Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, February 29th.
• 5th & 6th Grade FIELD TRIP: Parents mark your calendars for Friday, April 27th. The 5th & 6th grade classes will attend the "School Days at the Battle of Selma". I'll send a note home with more information closer to that date.

• The State Spelling Bee will is Tuesday, January 31st.
• Yearbooks are on sale thru Dec. 16th for $50.00 each. Beginning Jan. 2012 thru April they will be $65.00 each.
• Robin Edmonds is our new annual advisor and she needs your help with getting pics for the annual. PLEASE help out!!!!! To share your pics for consideration to be used in the annual, go to www.replayit.com. You will have to register and an email link will be sent to you to activate your account and set your own password. This is only done the first time you utilize Replayit and is for security purposes. Your uploaded pics will automatically go to the annuals image library. Please do not hesitate to share your pics, we need them!
