 What time does class "really" start?
Class starts at 8:00am. You should go to the bathroom, put your warming food in the basket or decide 
what you want to order,make sure that you have two sharpened pencils and a red pen, get your books 
out of your locker or backpack and be in your desk be 7:55 a.m.

You should complete each assignment as if it will be graded. I take a lot of daily grades. If it is 
assigned, it is very likely that it will be graded.

The only reason you may call your parents is if you are sick and need to go home. You may not call 
them to bring homework/books that you forgot. You are in the fifth grade and need to be responsible 
for your belongings.
