Welcome to My Web Site
Hello boys and girls welcome too our class web site. I hope you had a very fun and exciting summer. Did you read any good books? My goal for you for the 2009-2010 school year is that you will have a very fun and exciting school year. We will learn many strategies to help us learn our basic math facts, and how to read and write. In order to have a good learning experience there are some classroom rules you must learn. See our classroom management plan page. Each student will also receive a copy of these rules as well. We will be starting our 2nd year with Scott Foresman(Reading Street) program. This year has been a trial and error learning the program. It has been a very stressful and exciting year, but I truly believe that the 2009-2010 school year is going to be off the chart.
Reading is the key to a very successful life. A child that can read and read with good comprehension skills will go far in life. Reading will take you too many places you may not otherwise be able to go. Our class will learn many new reading strategies to help you along your journey.
