Welcome to Prattville Primary. My name is Shae Slay. I have been teaching
1st Grade at Prattville Primary School since 1999. I grew up in a small town
in southeast Alabama (Louisville) and then went to Auburn University to earn
my degree in Elementary Education. WAR EAGLE!! I am married and
have 2 children ages 9 and 5. Outside of school my favorite things are
traveling, going to the beach, hiking mountains, drawing, and photography! I
can't wait to learn what all of your children's favorite things are too!
It is the mission of Mrs. Slay's First Grade Class to develop a life-long
love for learning within a safe and nurturing environment, where children
maximize their potential. It is our mission to learn how to work together
as a team and show love, compassion, and respect towards each other.
