This is the website that allows you to access your child's math
text book, math practice book, and
electronic math tools. The e-tools for math include place value
blocks, money, and other
manipulatives. We have used the tools in class so your child
should know what to do. The full
reading textbook is not available, but your child can read a
summary and participate in related
activities.
You can also look at your child's reading tests on this website
using the "parent' tab.
Pearson Success Net

Visit this website and your child can listen to the audio of all
the stories in our reading book. Have
your child follow along in their book to improve reading fluency,
and you can use this site as a back
up when they've forgotten their book. Many other activities can
be found on this webpage!

Reading: Audio Texts and More!

If you click on the Unit links on this page, you will find power
points and many other activities to
review each story with your child. I ask that you please NOT
use the printable sheets from this site.
I use many of these in the classroom, and I would like for it to
be "new" to your child when we use
them.

This link will take you to activities from our social studies
textbook publisher.
Social Studies

The following link takes you to resources provided by our science
series. Be forewarned, however,
that not all the activities load correctly. (Our science book is
one of our older books, so this website
has been around for a long time.) I had better luck running
this site on my Mac versus a PC.
Science

This link will take you to some videos and songs that help review
science vocabulary. (The math jams may be a little too advanced,
but some of the science topics touch on what we are learning.
Click on "Science" at the top, and then choose "Landforms, Rocks,
and Minerals.")
