Welcome to the webpage for Miss Kaufer's kindergarten class. Please be sure to check back weekly for updates! We will celebrate St. Valentine's Day next Tuesday. Look for a class list this week so that your child can make a valentine for each classmate. We will be starting Unit 4 Week 3 in Language Arts. Be sure to work with your child on the sight words and reading simple three and four-letter words. As we go into the second semester we are also expecting more from the children in writing. Students should be sounding out words and writing an approximate spelling (ex. sed for said).
