Welcome to ZSECC! I look forward to the many exciting things that will take
place this school year. I have a wonderful staff of professionals who will
offer your child the best educational opportunities possible. We love to
see the growth of each child physically and academically from Pre-
Kindergarten through third grade. The faculty will always strive to keep
your trust and confidence.
The real purpose of rules is to teach students self-discipline; the real
purpose of education is to help students become productive citizens.
Working together, teachers, parents, and students all have an important role
to play.
We have a very active volunteer program and urge everyone to become
involved. I encourage every parent to join the P.T.A. Children respond to
school in a positive manner when their parents are active at school.

The Zelia Stephens Early Childhood Center is an excellent school. Be proud
