Parents,       
     This week in Kindergarten, we will be on Unit 10, in which we will read, build, and spell words with the letter Hh.  There are no new sight words or color words this week.  We have already worked on all the sight words for 3rd Nine Weeks.  Please work on the spelling words on the study guide to help your child at home.  Please continue to work on the 3rd Nine Weeks math skills.  Counting up to 20 objects is a skill many students still need extra practice with.
     
     In first grade, the students will be reading, building words, and spelling words with variant vowel "ar" such as yard spark charm  Please have your child write a sentence with two of the spelling words using capitals to begin the sentence, correct spacing, and ending punctuation marks.  Sight words with variant vowel "ar" words are in the study guide.
