How much time should I spend on homework?

Do not spend more than 10-12 minutes doing an activity.  If you see that the 
child is wanting to quit
or becoming frustrated, then it is time to stop and go to something else.

What can I do at home to help my child?

Read, READ, READ!!  Also, always be positive about school.  Make sure they 
get a good night's rest
and a great breakfast!

How can I contact my teacher?

There are many ways to reach me:
1-write a note and put it in your child's VIP folder.

3-call the school at 767-9351 during my conference time.

How many children are in my child's class?

Our class has 22 kids with a half day aid.

What time is lunch?

Lunch begins for us at 10:40.  Therefore, it is important that your child 
puts a snack in his/her
backpack for the afternoon. We eat early and they are hungry by 1:30!!

What skills will my child need to know by the end of Kindergarten?

Your child will be introduced to a wide variety of things.  However, there 
are certain skills that must
be mastered by the end of kindergarten. Please check on the homework page
to see a list of skills that must be mastered each nine weeks.
