I will be sending home homework every Friday to be completed over the
weekend and returned to school on Monday morning. Please sit with your
child and make sure that your child is making the strokes correctly-we do
not want to start them off with bad handwriting habits. We will have worked
on this during the week and it should only be a review for your child on the
weekend. We want to get them writing their name correctly, touching the
correct lines, making the letters correctly, etc. Also-any work that comes
home incomplete needs to be completed at home. Your child has been given
ample time to complete his/her work during the school day. So, if any work
comes home not completed-your child did not use the work time wisely. I
appreciate your help!
