in our room. A lot of smart work

Our largest reading 
center is my favorite. You can 
never have to many books! The 
pictures above this reading 
center are from one of my 
favorite illustrators and authors 
Chris Van Allsburg. These are 
from his book "The Mysteries of 
Harris Burdick."


Our books are organized by genre.

Just above this smaller reading 
center we post our Class 
Constitution.

Within our Class Constitution 
will be our expectations for the 
2006-2007 year. Each class is 
special and will have their 
own thoughts and expectations of 
fourth grade. Find out what this 
years students agreed on for our 
Constitution.

This is a busy area. We have our 
computer workstation and writing 
center here. Our indoor recess 
materials are just below the work 
area. On the shelf are some of my 
favorite books, pictures, and our 
Class Treasure Box. 

Here you will find me working 
with small groups and individual 
students. I guess you can 
see I really like butterflies!

As I work at my desk I am sure I 
will see lots of hard working, 
smart fourth graders!
