If you'd like an EMAIL UPDATE when new homework is assigned, please enter your e-mail address
at the BOTTOM of this page. Parents, this is a great tool for you to stay informed about due
dates. You'll receive the same e-mail reminder the students receive.
Students, you may submit your homework via e-mail. I prefer it that way. Please use the
word 'Homework' somewhere in the Subject line of the message. And please PRINT A COPY OF YOUR
HOMEWORK FOR YOUR RECORDS, just in case there's a problem with an e-mail being sent or
received.
Remember, "3 Before Me" is required on all homework assignments: have three people read and
edit your writing before you submit it. Any mistakes editors catch and correct for you will
not be counted against you. Mistakes in usage or mechanics, insufficient paragraph development,
and flabby writing style are areas you might request they check.
Please type your homework using 12-14 sized font, double spaced.

communication in the past 25 years (since your parents were your age). Use the following rubric
