Undergraduate degree in Music Education, Asbury College (Kentucky), Master of
Music in Vocal Pedagogy, Oakland University (Michigan), Course Work in
General Education, Michigan State University, Summer Course Work in Choral
Conducting, Literature, Music Technology and Music Theory at Westminster
Choir College of Ryder University, Princeton. Mrs. Manuilow is beginning her
fifth year in the Apache Junction Unified School District and her fourth year
at Apache Junction High School. Previously, she has headed the choral
programs at Port Huron High School and Port Huron Northern High School
(Michigan), taught voice, diction and music history at St. Clair County
Community College (Michigan), taught early childhood, elementary and middle
school general music and choir. In addition, she has directed a community
women's chorus for eight years, was nominated twice as Choral Music Teacher
of the Year by the Michigan School Vocal Music Association (2002, 2003) and
asked to direct the 2003-2004 Michigan SSAA Regional Honor Choir. She has
just returned this summer from helping to direct a children's choral and
performing arts festival in Vietnam and Hong Kong.
