 How do I join Cross Country?
See either Mr. Bolton or Wanda(In the office) for information.  You will 
need to have an athletic physical, insurance (if you can't afford it, see 
Wanda), signed umbrella and AIA policies, good running shoes and clothes, 
lots of water to drink all day, and a willingness to win!
