Important: Clearly mark make-up work as such in the header. "Make-up work for (due date as listed above), submitted (date you are turning in the work)." All makeup work must include this information in order for credit to be posted in the grade book.

Assignments marked "Homework Group A" are required for those students belonging to Group A and highly recommended for all students.

Test/Quiz dates are posted about a week in advance. You should spend at least 30 minutes reviewing your class notes and the chapter PowerPoint the evening before a test. If you have been absent 1 to 2 days prior to a test and return to school on the test date, you will be asked to take the test on the scheduled test date. For quizzes, the material is covered on the same day of the quiz and immediately prior to the quiz, so you will be able takes it even if you were absent the day before. *Note: If you miss a scheduled test or quiz due to an excused absence, you may make it up before or after school during my scheduled make-up times. Please reserve a time with me.

The on-line textbook is recommended for use with make-up work. If you need to check out a textbook, please see Mrs. Johnson at the bookstore.
