Class Announcements
3 more weeks in the 2nd quarter. Please be sure student get any missing or
make up work turned in for credit. Report cards will come home after the
winter break. Remember the 3rd quarter starts on Tuesday January 3rd, not
Monday.
Practice math facts each night, students need to have multiplication facts 0-
10 memorized by March (flash cards might be a good holiday gift). Please also
set aside time to read each night with your student.
Please be sure you check our updated pages- snack calendar, Habiatat Project,
calendar and finally some pictures! Please also look for information to come
home about all the exciting activities in the 2nd quarter (Conferences, Fall
Fest, Field Trip, various holiday crafts and more)!
Please remember to contact Mrs. Ermoian if you have any questions as Mrs.
Zimmermann-Hall will be out until February with her new baby.

The best way to contact me is by email, tzimmermann@sahuarita.net. Classroom
phones will not ring through during school teaching hours. If there is an
emergency please call the front office at 625-3502 x1700. If you plan to
visit the classroom you must make an appointment after school hours or
schedule a time to volunteer in the classroom.

INK INK INK!!!! We will be recycling ink or toner cartridges! Please send in
ANY used/empty ink cartridges- from home or work! We can earn money for our
classroom! (Please do not send the large copy machine toner cartridges they
are too big). THANK YOU!!!

This year will be the hardest one yet for school funding. Please read below
for two ways you can help support our classroom needs. We will need support
for our annual Fun House Dance Program, all field trips, art supplies,
science experiments, or any extra project we do. We also have no additional
money for supplies due to state cut backs. Thanks in advance for your
support.

ARIZONA TAX CREDIT!
Residents of Arizona can donate a portion of their taxes to their local
school and classroom teacher. It is like choosing where your tax money will
be spent. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to our classroom
or Anza Trail. Please consider donating for you 2010 taxes.
We can use the money for field trips, art projects, and so much more! Married
couples filing together can donate up to $400 and single parent families can
donate up to $200. There are programs where you can donate a little per pay
check as well. Please call or email me if you have questions. I can send
paperwork home anytime.
***Programs and events paid for by tax credit- FunHouse Dance Internship,
Field Trips, Art Projects, Science and Health materials, extra supplies and
materials for lessons and events.
