Dear Parents,
Hello! My name is Deborah Hoogervorst and I am very pleased to announce that
I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year. I am looking forward
to a fun year with your child. I would like to tell you a little about myself.
I have been working at PEC for 11 years in various positions. This is my eighth
year teaching kindergarten and I am so excited about this opportunity. On a
personal note I’ve been happily married for 24 years and have three children. All
three of my children attended PEC. My son Bobby is currently working for Sysco Foods.
My two daughters wll be attending ASU this year. Courtney will be a junior
and Meghan will be a freshman.I look forward to discovering your child’s unique
personality and getting to know them individually over the coming months. This is a
year to set the foundation for learning, along with the joy of discovery and exploration.
