AnnouncementsImportant: Thank you to those of you who sent in your supplies. However, we are still in need of quite a few items from several students. Please send in 6 glue sticks, 1 cans of wipes, 1 boxes of tissues and 1 package of pencils with your child on Monday April 16th. We are completely out of most of these items and we will be needing them for the quarter. Thank you! In order to be mindful of students with peanut allergies, please do not send your child to school with a snack that contains any peanut products. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Week of May 21st: This week in reading and math, we will be playing games and reviewing concepts that the kids have learned throughout the year. In writing we will write about expository text with (KWL charts, labels, lists, journals and summaries). In Science, the kids will be presenting their animal reports to partners. Please remember that our last day of school (Thursday), is an early release day at 1:30. Thank you for all of your donations for our class party on Thursday and please remember to have your child bring in his/her favorite game board for our last day of school. I want to take a brief moment to say how much I have enjoyed this class. The kids are wonderful and I am so proud of each of them for all of the academic and social growth that they have made. I hope that you all have a wonderful, safe summer. Please feel free to come back and visit me next year. I would love to know how you are doing in 3rdgrade!
