My name is Kathy Lovely and I am excited to start another new year here
at PEC. I am looking forward to an awesome fifth grade year! As some of you
know, I have been teaching second grade,fourth grade and fifth grade here at
PEC for the past four years.
I am looking forward to having some former students again!
For those of you who I haven't had the pleasure of knowing, I have been
in education for the past 18 years. I started my education career in
Sierra Vista Public Schools and Tombstone Unified School District. I
relocated to the Phoenix area in 2002. I have taught 7/8th grade
English/Math, 6th grade,5th grade, 4th grade and 2nd grade. I have also had
the opportunity to work in all grades K-8 during my time as a reading and
instructional coach to teachers in the Glendale and Dysart Districts.
Your child will have another Lovely during their education here at PEC.
My husband is the seventh grade math teacher and my daughter also attends
fifth grade here with us. My son also attened Paradise and is currently
starting his junior year of high school.
I can't wait to get to know your child this year. My goals are to make
learning meaningful and fun.
We are going to have a great year!
