I am starting my 12th year, here at PEC, and my 35th as a teacher. I still
love being a part of educating our future generation. I consider it a honor
and privilage to be here at PEC and trusted by you to work with your children.
My mission is to be a great example of being PHYSICALLY FIT and MAKING EACH
DAY A GREAT DAY TO BE ALIVE! My goal is to teach the children, what fitness
is, how to be fit and have fun while getting there. The
components of fitness include nutrition, which means to eat a well blanced
diet. Exercise for the body, which includes muscular endurance, flexibility,
strength and cardio-respiratory endurance. A continued desire to read and
learn new things, for the mind. A continued desire to draw closer to
God, my creator, for my spirit. This is a quest that will last a lifetime.
My hope is that all my students will join me on this quest and not just for
now, but for life!
