It would be so wonderful if you could read to your child every night.
Please remember to call the letters by their phonetic sound instead of their
name.
When writing, please only teach lower case letters.
Please help your child learn to write his/her name by making the first
letter a capital and the rest lower case.
Do a lot of counting and number recognition. Even as your child advances, do
more challenging things like count by 2's, 3's etc...
Foster as much independence as possible.
Around the age of 5, teach your child how to tie his/her shoes.
