Monica Bush
I have been involved in the Villa community for almost half of my
life! I became a circle teacher while attending ASU over 15 years ago. I
then assisted for a toddler classroom, an Elem 1 classroom, and eventually
for my wonderful dad in E2. It was then that I realized what I really wanted
to do. Ultimately, I received my BA in Elementary Education. I then began my first of five years of 6-12
Montessori training. Since then, I married my husband Brian and we have
three beautiful children; Jack (9) Charlie (7) and Ellie (4). This
will be my 11th year lead teaching Elementary 2. Thanks for trusting me with
your own children, I truly feel blessed!
We believe that true education starts with understanding and following a
child's path of learning. Every individual brings dynamic gifts to a
classroom community and it is essential that we foster each child's love for
learning.
