A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I grew up in the Oak Grove area and attended Oak Grove High School. From there I
went to Auburn University where I received a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood
Education. I received my Master's in Early Childhood Education from UAB. I started
my teaching career here at Concord by taking a maternity leave in a second grade
classroom. I have been teaching kindergarten at Concord Elementary for ten years.
I love teaching kindergarten. It is such a time of new discoveries for the students. It is
wonderful to see the excitement and energy that kindergarteners get from learning.
Parents and grandparents often ask if there is anything they can donate to our classroom. Below
is a list of things that we can use in our classroom. Please do not feel obligated to purchase
anything, this is just if you would like to send
something. Thanks!!
