Hall's Prairie's school mascot is the Red-Tailed Hawk, the school colors are red, white and black.

 Ice Skating Field Trips:

We have free Ice Skating Field Trips in the winter for the whole school.  Check the "Daily Calender" for times.  It is at the Centennial Ice Arena 14600 - 16th Avenue in White Rock (their website is  http://www.city.whiterock.bc.ca/2005Leisure-Services/Leisure-Service-FAQs.html).  These Field Trips are to support our P.E. program.  Children are transported by parent drivers.  Please remember to dress warmly and wear clothing that covers your skin such as pants as it is cold on the ice.  It is recommended that you send your child to school with gloves to protect them from the cold as well as injury if they were to fall.  If you have kneepads and/or wrist guards at home, these items would also help to prevent injury.  Students are also required to wear a helmet on the ice.  If you have a helmet or ice skates, please send them with your child.  Helmets & skates are also available at the arena.  If you are driving, please bring $2.00 for parking.
