FUNDRAISING:
* The funds we raise go to make sure that field trips are paid for and any extra items the school needs like musical instruments, etc. are available for all students
* Hall's Prairie's parents save the school $200.00 to $300.00 per bus by driving our children to their field trips!
* Our biggest fundraiser is the Country Market, other funds are raised through Clothing Drives, Coffee Sales, Pointsettia Sales and Shopfunds

Cash Donations:
In lieu of fundraising, cash donations in any amount - big or small - are greatly appreciated and are a big help to the school and our children. Funds will provide our children with field trips, supplies, equipment, program incentives, classroom funding, visits from artists, authors and more. Please return your annual donation and card if you are able to give any amount. Click on the link below to print out an Annual Donation Card or pick one up from the office. Country Market:
Our biggest fundraiser of the year! Volunteers and donations greatly appreciated. Please come to this event and bring your family and friends to support our school. We raised just over $6,000.00 at our May 14th 2011 Country Market, with 10% being donated to Hope International.

Clothing Drive:
Any soft articles such as clothing, shoes, towels, bedding, pillows, drapes, sewing material, purses, stuffies, etc. can be brought in a standard sized garbage bag filled all the way to the top and put in the 1st portable (ask for key at the office). We can receive $2/bag and if we have over 150 bags, we can receive $3/bag from Canadian Developmental Disabilities. They collect the items for people that need them. Clean out your closets! Campbell's Labels For Education:
We collect labels and redeem them for prizes. Please peel labels before opening cans to avoid spilling on the label. Be sure to include the UPC and front label. Labels can be turned into the office or placed in the folder marked "Fundraising" outside the kitchen door. Eligible products:

Canadian Tire Money:
We collect this money in the jar on the counter by the office window to buy sports equipment.
Shopfunds:
We will be taking shopfunds orders once a month. Order forms are available at the link below. Shopfunds is a great program that allows the PAC to purchase gift cards at a discount of 2%-10% and we retain the percentage listed by each merchant. Buying cards for the merchants you already shop at means it doesn't cost you anything. This is a fabulous opportunity to raise money for our school. Recycling:
There are 3 recycle bins around the school. Please encourage your children to deposit their empty drink containers in these bins instead of in the garbage cans as we can collect money for the school from them. The school has been registered with Encorp. For information on beverage container recycling, go to

Bottle Drive:
Please bring in your bottles, cans and juice boxes to donate to the school. You can also take your bottles and cans to the depot yourself and donate the money to the school.
