Cheer Program
Dear Potential Sponsor,
To begin we would like to thank you for taking the time to read this letter. As a member of the ACHS Cheer Squad, very few participants were selected from a large group of young people to represent our High School as a Spirit Leader and Athlete for our Cheerleading program. Along with the strenuous athletic commitment our cheerleaders put forth year round there also comes an extremely demanding financial responsibility.
As with most sports there are many costs that go into creating a positive and successful season for the team. These costs include items such as camps, clothing, routine choreography, uniforms, travel, and other fees throughout the year. To put our season into perspective the yearly price per cheerleader will range anywhere from $1200.00-$1800.00. To assist in offsetting the above cost; many cheerleaders participate in fundraising activities such as jewelry sales, car washes, youth cheerleading camps and donation requests.
At this time of you are willing to help our team to achieve our goal throughout our 2011-2012 season. Your financial aid would be an enormous help in providing us with the ability to be involved in a positive sport that promotes strong character, work ethic, intellectual stability and a healthy way of life. Please keep in mind that corporate or personal donations of any amount may be used, as a tax write off and ACHS.
If you are in any way able to assist us in achieving success we would be forever grateful. Again, it is our pleasure to thank you for taking the time to consider this matter and become a possible donator to our cause. All donations will be credited directly to the athlete that you specify below, or you can make a donation to the general cheer funds and payments can be made out directly to ACHS CHEER.
