*The last Lunch Bunch this Thursday, June 2, will honor students who filled
out the homework note AND Reading Log correctly for three weeks, as well as
those who have at least 13 Reading Counts points for April/May and those
who have made it to the next operation level on Basic Facts Mountain.
*If you are interested in helping us drive to our City Hall field trip
this Friday, June 3 (12:30-2:20), please let me know. We might not have
enough drivers, and I wouldn't like to have to cancel it.
*Be sure to read the Third Grade News and Mrs. Huesing's school report to
keep up with end-of-the-year events. Remember that Friday, June 10, will
be the last day of school, and it will be a MINIMUM DAY with 1:30 dismissal.
*Last character assembly this Friday, June 3, at 8:30 a.m.
*April-May Reading Counts deadline is Wednesday, June 1.
*Please return all school and classroom books your child has borrowed.
Students who still haven't returned books or paid fines will not receive
their report cards on the last day of school.
*This is our last week of homework. There are only 9 days of school left.
We will have exciting activities the last week of school (June 6-10).
