Each class, from our youngest through our graduating 7th graders, leads a service for our community. Students lead prayers in groups, demonstrating t'fillah mastery, comfort with our service, comfort with our synagogue and community. What starts off with our Mechina students as something adorable and heartwarming becomes an impressive and inspiring experience as we watch our students learn throughout the years. By the time students reach 6th grade and lead us in Kitah Vav Shabbat on a Saturday morning, we feel confident that the next generation of Jewish adults have the ability to continue to carry out our traditions.
