When are Spelling Tests?

Spelling tests are every Friday except when Genre Projects are due.

What are students allowed to share on their sharing day?

This is a chance for students to share something special with the class as well as practice
speaking and listening skills.  

Some sharing suggestions might include things like a hobby, a trip, winning a
soccer trophy, or anything educational.  It is best if you help your child
pick something appropriate.  Toys are discouraged mainly because they can be a
distraction throughout the day or end up missing.  Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh cards
are not allowed at school.  Each student will have about 2-3 minutes to share,
then will choose 3 questions.  Sharing is optional, but I would like to see
every student share at least once per month.
