All Students in 4th-6th Grades:
Read the Recorder Class Rules with your parents. Print the Recorder Practice Contract, sign it, have one of your parents sign it, then return the bottom portion to school by the date Mr. Zuill announces soon.
4th Grade:

Recorder Notes To Learn. Start with G A B C D. Now that you received your home recorders (and these stay at home--no need to bring them to school as you will have an instrument that stays at school), start learning G, A, and B. Remember that the smaller hole to the side is the thumb hole. Use the left hand for these notes.
5th Grade:
Review last year's music. Especially review pages 1-3 and be prepared for a review test on all 16 fingerings found in the book, as well as a review test on the names of the notes.
6th Grade:
