Victoria currently teaches 5th grade at Clifford Elementary School. Victoria
has diverse teaching experience. She knew that teaching was her passion since
she was a young girl, pretending to be a teacher and teaching her sister in
her pretend classroom. She organized an AmeriCorps after-school
program, taught a summer special needs class, and taught Kindergarten through
6th grade in a high-poverty elementary school. Victoria graduated with a
Liberal Studies degree from San Francisco State University and received her
teaching credential from Sacramento State University. Victoria has recently
completed a three year FOSS Science Leadership program through Berkeley
California and continues to improve science and technology in her classroom.
Victoria moved to the Bay Area in 2007 with her husband and two daughters. She
loves spending time with her family and going to explore new places. Victoria
and her family love to be outdoors and be around family and friends whenever
possible.
