SUGGESTED FIFTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST

College Park Elementary will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a 
quality educational experience. However, you may choose to assist the school by 
purchasing the following supplies for your student. Any donations are greatly appreciated!

* Notebook paper, 3 hole, standard rule 
* Pencils 
* Scissors 
* Glue sticks
* Kleenex 
* 1’ ruler (1/16” gauge, includes millimeter scale) 
* Red ballpoint pen (1-2) 
* Highlighter (1-2) 
* Black Expo marker (2)

Other donations that our class would benefit from
* 3 ring binder – 2 inches 
* (1) 5 subject spiral notebook 
* Pocket dividers 
* 2 black Sharpies: one standard fine, one ultra-fine 
* $12.50 suggested donation for Test Prep Workbooks 
* $3.00 suggested donation for disaster supply 
* $3.10 suggested donation for student planner donation

Please know that a donation is not required, and families that choose to contribute may do 
so at any amount.

Please write your child’s name on backpack, lunch pail, and outer clothing. We also 
recommend having supplies at home for homework.
