1/5 - Welcome back! I hope everyone had a restful and enjoyable holiday and
vacation. We are now starting Theme 4 in our reading/language Arts program
with our first story being Officer Buckle and Gloria. Our spelling will focus
on words with a vowel and the "r" sound. Grammar this week deals with
pronouns. You will see in this weeks homework folder the return of both our
fluency practice as well as the problem solver problems. We will begin our
dinosaur unit this week with the information on the dinosaur report and
project coming home soon. Science will now focus on rocks and minerals.
