WHO & WHERE
I often see that far-away look on the faces of people when I tell them I am from Visalia, CA. Afterall, we are a
community of over 125,000. A city that size people should know about. But, for some reason, many do not. However,
when I say we are found in the Central San Joaquin Valley between Fresno and Bakersfield, and that we are just 5 miles
east of Highway 99 on Highway 198, the gateway to Sequoia National Park, then they have a much better picture.
