This is the general routine for homework most weeks.  Please check your student's planner for any changes.
Monday - Spelling packet is generally distributed today and due Wednesday.

                     Vocabulit lesson   EX. 1 and 2 (These are started in class and must be finished by Tues.)

                 Math assignment is given to reinforce lesson of the day. Problem-of-the-week is assigned on Monday and due Thurs.   

                  Social Studies - CA WEEKLY - read, highlight, finish crossword puzzle by Tues.  (We begin this together 

                   a class. but it must be finished by Tues.)

Tuesday - Spelling--work on packet--due Wed.

                 Vocabulit lesson EX. 3&4 due Wed.

                 Math lesson to reinforce day's lesson

                 Social Studies  answer CA WEEKLY questions in complete sentences due Thurs.

Wednesday - Vocabulit lesson EX. 4& 5

                  Math lesson to reinforce days' lesson. Problem-of-the week due Thurs.

                  Social Studies CA WEEkLY questions due Thurs. (assigned yesterday)

Thursday - Spelling --Parent given pre-test.  Misspelled words must be written 5x each.

                  Vocabulit - Studey for Vocabulary test Friday.

                   Math lesson to reinforce days' lesson

There is generally no homework over the weekend except for book club letters/projects or special projects.  All student are expected to read 100 minutes per week.
