About The Teacher

 Hello,

To begin with, I have the BEST job in the entire world! Many years ago
I began working in my own children’s classrooms where I discovered that
teaching was my calling. When my youngest at the time began school, I
returned to college to pursue my passion. I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis
Obispo, CA with a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in
Child Development. I loved the learning process and wanted more education.
So, I continued on to receive a Masters of Arts in Teaching, a Masters of
Education in the Curriculum and Instruction of Reading from Grand Canyon and
a GATE certificate from Cal State Fullerton. This is my 11th year teaching at
Crestview.

I am very proud to work at Crestview School. We have an amazing staff and
I value our high standards we have set for every student. Our fifth Grade
Team works together as part of the Crestview Professional Learning Community
(PLC), to support the needs of each individual child. Please contact me at
lambert.lisa@lusd.org with any concerns or questions.
