About The Teacher

Mrs. Bethune has been with LAUSD for sixteen years.  She has an M.A. in 
English.

Mission For The Class

Students will be involved in a number in interdisciplinary units which will
emphasize development in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and critical
thinking skills.  Analytical writing is the focus for the year. Students will
complete a number of analytical essays utilizing assignment sheets and 
rubrics.
