Here is a little about myself. I am a graduate of California State University
at Dominguez Hills. I received my Multiple Subject Credential in 1995. I
taught at a private school in Torrance for nine years and was Principal there
for three of those years. I came to Dodson Middle School in 2004 as a 6th
Grade Math and Science Teacher. I passed the CSET Math Tests and received my
Single Subject Credential in Mathematics. I am now teaching 8th Grade Algebra
1, Algebra Readiness and a section of 6th grade math. I have a genuine love of
math. I hope to give some of that to the students I work with. I enjoy
teaching and love being in the classroom.
It is my goal that all students come out of class with a more positive view of
math as a whole and feel more confident in their math abilities, enabling them
to be successful in their future education.
