About The Teacher

I live in Santa Clara where I was born and raised.  I have two brothers and an adorable niece who is 
now almost 3 years old.  I also have two kitties named Bella and Krissy.  Currently I am pursuing a 
masters degree in teaching reading at Santa Clara University where I also received my teaching 
credential.  Before I became a teacher, I worked in real estate and finance.  I have a degree in English 
from UC Berkeley where I also minored in art.  My favorite activities are swimming and snowboarding, 
and I can't wait for the first snow so I can get up to Tahoe!
