When is homework due?

Homework is usually due the day after it is assigned.  Due dates 
are written in the homework
calendars and on this homework section of the class webpage. Any
student who does not complete
their homework will owe recess until it is finished.

Why is it taking my child 3-4 hours a night to complete their homework?

If you feel your child is giving their all and not playing around 
then, after
two hours, please sign off their homework. If this is an
ongoing problem, please contact me at once and we will set up a
conference to
find a solution.

What is a Weekly Winner?

Any child who completes all their homework and turns it in the 
following morning on
time. Their name will be printed in the newsletter.

Since there are no conferences this year, how will I know my child's progress.

Please contact your child's teacher personally, if you would like 
to set up a parent/teacher conference. Progress reports will go
home a couple of times throughout each trimester to keep you
updated on your child's progress.
