Rule #1 Do what the coaches tell you, they are very smart and will not hurt
you!! We promise.
Rule #2 Do not complain about how many laps you have to run in PE. We have
taught many children and not one has died yet from running too much.
Rule #3 Never take the coach's hat... EVER!!!!!!!!!!
Rule #4 The coaches are always right, even when they're wrong.
Rule #5 Have fun!
