Welcome to the Upper Grade Program!
 
Students your homeroom teachers will be reviewing the upper grade procedures with you on the first day of school.  Please take the time to read the information carefully and return the last page signed by your parents. 
 
  
 
READING CLUB: 
Students going to reading club need to bring:
  • An AR book in your reading level
  • The book must be checked out in your name
 8th Grade Baby Pictures: Parents, the 8th grade baby pictures were given back to your child this week. 

Parent Teacher Conferences:
If you need to schedule a conference with your child's teacher you may contact us by way of email or through the front office.   
 
MAJOR MARKET RECEIPTS:   Mrs. Powell is collecting Major Market receipts for the DC trip.    Please be sure you  batched your receipts.  She'll keep a running total.  
 
Washington DC Trip:
Students you may find this website helpful as it provides great information about DC.    The date of the trip this year is  February 28, 2010!
 
STUDENT SURVEY:  8th grade students, please take a few minutes to complete the student survey.  Use this link for group project  to provide feedback. 
GRADES:
Your grades can be viewed online.  Student passwords will be given to parents at Back to School Night. The upper grade teachers post grades on Monday.
