Ann Scheder-Bieschin

Mrs. Scheder-Bieschin comes to Good Shepherd Lutheran School from teaching at
an independent private school in northern Sonoma County, where she taught
Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and
Economics. Before that, she taught math at a continuation high school and
student taught at Analy High School. She has her California teaching
credential in math and science.
Mrs. Scheder-Bieschin attended Stanford University where she studied
Engineering and Columbia University where she received advanced degrees in
Business and Engineering. She did her credential work at Sonoma State University.
When not teaching, Mrs S-B enjoys running, training triathletes and
scrapbooking. She lived in Germany and Australia and enjoys traveling. She
has three children, two dogs, a cat and a Canine Companions for Independence
puppy. She is a member of Cross and Crown Lutheran Church in Rohnert Park.
Mrs. S-B loves teaching math and science at the middle school level through
challenging students to think beyond the focus on the answer and figure out
the "why".
