When should we drop off supplies?

Please drop off supplies before the first day of school or by 
September 1st. Please do not bring supplies on the first day of school. 
For your convenience I will be the classroom Thursday and Friday the week before school begins.
You may stop by anytime to drop off 
supplies. There will be three large containers for First Grade 
Supplies. One is bright lime green, one is bright peach color and 
one is clear.

Where will my child hang their backpack and where will they put their lunch?

There are hooks in the hallway. Every hook will have a name above it. 
Please have your child hang their backpack on the hook in the 
hallway. They will also use these hooks for their jackets and 
sweatshirts when they are needed. Lunches go in the white boxes 
beneath the hooks. If you have a question ask me or ask Mrs. Light!

What should my first grader wear on PE days?

Please make sure your first grader wears tennis shoes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
We have a garden on Tuesday and PE during centers on Wednesday as well as PE with Mr. White on Thursday afternoon. Children 
should be dressed appropriately for active play on every school day.
